Human Aura

Aura is the visible, colored emanation enclosing or eminating from the human body or any animal or object. The aura is described as a subtle body.  Psychics and holistic medicine practitioners often claim to have the ability to see the size, color and type of vibration of an aura. This emanation is seen as an outline of cascading color which includes all the energy fields surrounding the individual.

The aura  can  extend  as little as a few inches or as much as 100 feet.  This is said to depend on the spiritual evolution, mood and vitality of the individual. It is often seen as a mix of color frequencies. each color or mix of colors reflects the nature and characteristics of the individual. The aura  in which we dwell, or that surrounds us, is energy and surrounds us just as does the magnetic energy field that surrounds the Earth.

In New Age alternative medicine, the human aura is seen as a hidden anatomy that affect the health of a client, and is often understood to comprise centers of vital force called chakras.  When tested under scientific experiments, the ability to see auras has been shown to exist.

How to see the aura

To practice seeing auras - have the subject stand in front of a white background and look to the side of their body - either side is fine.

Daylight is often the best light as the sun's rays are full spectrum.

If you watch the person for a minute, you will see their electromagnetic energies as sort of wavy lines of energies. This looks a lot like the energy you see when you are watching an airplane taking off in a movie.

Please do not strain you eyes. Relax. You might want to let your eyes go a little out of focus while you are looking for an aura.

You may only see the aura for a few seconds, then it will disappear.  After you see that energy, you may also see or sense a color frequency, maybe two or three colors, in the aura. After several minutes you should be able to see some sort of energy field around the person, even if you cannot determine the color.

Remember that auras change all the time according to the person's mood and environment. As with all psychic tools, learning to read auras seems easy for some people while others need lots of practice.
